Para continuidad a estos servicios, se lleva a Sesión del Consejo de Administración de 3 de febrero de 2022 el expediente 1466_LAS_SE_0122: SERVICIO DE REVISIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO DE PUENTES GRÚA, POLIPASTOS, PUERTAS ABATIBLES Y CORREDERAS.Este nuevo expediente ajusta las necesidades a los consumos reales experimentados en períodos precedentes, resultando un importe de licitación de 70.910,00 € para cada uno de los períodos anuales licitados: contrato principal, y cada una de las 3 prórrogas, y un valor estimado de contrato, incluidas las modificaciones previstas, de 340.368,00€.Al aplicar los plazos inherentes a un procedimiento sujeto a regulación armonizada, existen dudas razonables de que el nuevo contrato pueda adjudicarse antes del vencimiento de la vigente tercera prórroga.
