The contractor shall provide all necessary labour, plant, design element, equipment and safety apparatus to perform the full scope of works.
Contract works include the provision of stabilization works to be carried out on Imlay Road and Edrom Road. Contractor also required to apply required primer seals on the stabilization patches.
The contractor shall comply with the Work Health & Safety Act 2011 and any relevant existing regulation pertaining to these proposed works. All work to be carried out by licensed/ticketed contractors, conforming to relevant Australian Standards.
