The desired outcomes from this current stock condition survey are set out in

detail at Section 5 of Document 1. Instructions for Tendering, but in summary Castlehill is procuring the stock condition survey in order to:

- Agree an up to date baseline for Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS)

- Fill in gaps in knowledge with regards to Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH)

- Validate existing component lifecycle data and collate data for missing components (primarily communal and external)

- Provide 5 year and 30 year programmes of work based on priority

- There is also a requirement to collect supplementary information during the survey work
