Sydney Trains is seeking responses from experienced suppliers with demonstrated ability to meet its requirements to carry out minor building works across the network. Minor building works scope includes a variety of reactive, general maintenance services, including, but not limited to, carpentry, concreting, painting and plumbing. A full list of the required services is included within the Statement of Works. These services are critical to maintaining our assets, safety standards and customer satisfaction across the network.

The market approach is a multi-stage sourcing event for two separable portions, Separable Portion 1: Metro and Separable Portion 2: Regional. Stage 1 will be an Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify and subsequently shortlist capable suppliers for delivering the intended scope of services, followed by Stage 2 a Select Request for Tender (RFT). The Stage 2 Select Request for Tender (RFT) will seek further clarification of service methodology and pricing. 

In order to gain access to the Expression of Interest documents, Tenderers are required to register their interest by sending an email to tss.bidder@transport.nsw.gov.au and include the following information:

1) Event Title, 2)EOI ID , 3) Organisation Name, 4) ACN/ ABN, 5) Contact Name, 6) Organisation/Contact Postal Address, 7) Contact Email Address (preferably an email address with the contact person's name), 8) Contact Phone number
