Description of Work:

This is DFATD’s Phase 2 project of the implementation of BMC Remedy IT Service Management 9.1 solution. Phase 2 is to improve and maintain what has been deployed, as well as continue the deployment of Problem, Release, Service Level and Asset Management. Requirements for all areas of IT Service Management (ITSM) will be documented and all services will be configured complete with foundation data. All processes, forms, and/or templates will be created as well as all service level targets and request forms.
