DELINEATED AREA: Greenfield City Limits

SPACE TYPE(S): Office Space

MINIMUM SQ. FT. (ABOA): 3,058 ABOA Minimum

MAXIMUM SQ. FT. (ABOA): 3,210 ABOA Maximum

MAXIMUM SQ. FT. (RSF): Not to Exceed 3,669 Rentable Square Feet

RESERVED PARKING SPACES (TOTAL): Four (4)

NON-RESERVED PARKING SPACES (TOTAL): Eighteen (18)

FULL TERM: Ten (10) Years (120 Months)

TERMINATION RIGHTS: 120 days

FIRM TERM: Seven (5) Years (60 Months)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• A fully serviced lease is required
• Contiguous space on the first floor.
• Offered space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease
• Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain
• Offered space must meet government (Level 1) Physical Security Requirements
