In its order of 6.12.2018 the General Court ordered the suspension of the award of the service contract relating to the planning, preparation, promotion and implementation of the European Development Days (ref.: EuropeAid/139729/DH/SER/BE)
Taking into account the average time needed for the Court to decide on the request for interim measures, the project would be seriously compromised due to time constraints.
Therefore, considering the operational risks involved, the contracting authority has decided to cancel the procurement procedure in question, and envisages a new one.
The Contracting Authority will awards the contract through a negotiated procedure and only the award of the contract will be published.
