Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services (“RFPS”) is to invite proposals for TV Fundraising (DRTV) Strategist Services

This consultancy role will help expand our testing rigour and our analytical capacity, helping us better understand the various factors that predict and determine a successful TV spot. Working together with TV Fundraising Creative Consultants (who are a combination of internal staff and/or external Agencies), a central team at PFP in Geneva, and with National Committees and Country Offices to continuously review and document all UNICEF TV activities this consultancy will help to provide context for future TV development and fundraising market potential and growth.

  • Continuously review and document all UNICEF TV activities and collate the learnings to inform future creative executions and media options (including digital)
  • Develop a clear picture of global UNICEF TV performance with a focus on media buying & creative concepts as well as the role of TV in integrated campaigns across multiple channels, with a view to make recommendations based on results
  • Look externally for benchmarks and learning, to build the body of knowledge on TV formats for sharing across the UNICEF network
  • Make recommendations for investment in TV tests based on experience, learning and advancing global knowledge and experience

UNICEF wishes to enter into a non-exclusive Long Term Arrangement(s) for Services (LTA-S) for the procurement of the services detailed in the RFPS and required from time to time during the term of the LTA-S.  The proposed LTA-S shall be valid for an initial period of 24 months, with a possible renewal for an additional period of 12 months.
