Modification to existing contract with Scott Brownrigg for the provision of architectural services in relation to the Enterprise Hubs project to extend the completion date of contract to 31st December 2022 and the total cost of contract to 313,495 GBP This action is in accordance with the Councils Contract Procedure Rules and Regulation 72 of the Public Procurement Regulations (2015).

This project was subject to a substantial change following a re-profile exercise with WEFO. The project has experienced a series of significant delays as a result of Covid and higher than anticipated tender submission for the required construction works. The team are currently revising the programme in order to still work to the current end date of the project and require the on-going services from Scott Brownrigg to 31st December 2022.
