CP1978-20 Translation, Interpreting and Alternative Formats
Within the next few months, DCC will be tendering for translation, interpreting and alternative formats. DCC are currently in the pre-procurement stage. In order to ensure DCC is at the forefront of the creation these services, DCC and its contracting partners wish to hold a pre-market engagement webinar on 9 December 2020.
The event will provide an opportunity to bring together existing and potential providers, commissioners, and subject experts to explore what the new services should look like.
The aim of the webinar is to help inform and shape the services specifications.
Existing and potential providers who attend will:
— hear directly from DCC commissioning leads,
— listen and speak to local authority subject experts,
— directly influence the services specifications.
Your participation will be appreciated and the deadline for the return of the form will be no later than noon on 8 December 2020. To confirm your attendance please complete the invitation form.
Important note: for the avoidance of doubt, this notice is for the purpose of conducting pre-market engagement and will not formally begin the procurement or constitute any commitment by Devon County Council (DCC) or it’s Contracting Partners to undertake any procurement exercise.
It is anticipated these contracting partners listed above will be part of the process, however, any authority reserves the right to withdraw or any un-named authority/organisation can join the process up to the publication of any contract notice.
