LJMU invites applications from suitably experienced suppliers for admission to their Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of a network associates, who are able to across the three main areas of executive education:
— Bespoke corporate programmes,
— Accredited work based programmes at masters and degree level (e.g. MBA or MSc),
— CPD.
In particular we require associates who can provide:
— Expertise in executive education and related competencies to support the growth of the Corporate Development Portfolio in the Business School,
— Complementary skills and expertise to those within the Business School,
— Currency, credibility and practitioner focus,
— Flexible resource to cope with fluctuating demands.
The work will focus around leadership and management development but will also include but not limited to areas such as:
— Strategic management,
— Financial management and decision making,
— Marketing,
— Digital marketing,
— Change management,
— Digital innovation.
Teaching and Facilitation on Accredited Programmes

Some provision will be for delivery only, where a key criteria is experience and ability to engage with experienced managers. There will be a need to support and advise delegates in relation to their assignments. There may also be a requirement to take a prominent role on a module including involvement in assessment.

The expectation would be to present drawing upon experience and expertise with thought provoking, challenging and engaging topics. Typically the topics will be related to a theme of the programme, and range from discussing good practice, personal experience, thought leadership, and proposing different approaches. Some events may also include roundtable discussions and panel sessions incorporated with speaking. These events tend to be one-off sessions to enrich the experience around the programme, relating live cases/corporate/sector material which supplements the curriculum and is delivered on the basis of ‘company’ expertise.
