The planned growth will require internal staffing to support the activities, but will also need Associates with complementary skills to work alongside them. In particular we need Associates who can provide:

— Expertise in Executive Education and related competencies to support the growth of the Corporate Development portfolio in the Business School,

— Complementary skills and expertise to those within the Business School,

— Currency, credibility and practitioner focus,

— Flexible resource to cope with fluctuating demands.

We are seeking for Associates that would work across three main areas of Executive Education:

— Bespoke corporate programmes,

— Accredited work based programmes at masters and degree level (e.g. MBA or MSc),

— CPD.

The work will focus around Leadership and Management Development but will also include areas such as:

— Digital Marketing,

— Business Growth Expertise,

Evaluation of learning. Experience in devising and conducting evaluation of learning with delegates and with businesses to identify benefits, transfer of learning and impact at a personal and organisational level
