II.1.4)Short description:

Tenders are invited to manage the survey of ethnic minorities and be responsible for the data collection, based on a questionnaire administered through an online platform. The tenderer will provide input on the design of the questionnaire. The questionnaire will be translated into a number of key priority languages. The expected sample size is approximately 16 000 respondents, 3 000 of which will be provided by the supplier. The tenderer will provide administrative support for recruitment. Sample management will be the responsibility of the tenderer.
