01. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of works at least Tk.16,00,000.00 (Taka sixteen lakh ) only under a single contract over the last three(03) years shall be required.
02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than atleast Tk. 32,00,000.00 (Taka thirty two lakh) only over the last three (03) years .
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilitiesof the Tenderer shall be Tk.16,00,000.00 (Taka sixteen lakh ) only which shall be
supported by Letter of Commitment for Bankâ??s Undertaking for Line of Credit(Form PW2a-3).
04. The Tenderers whose trade license is valid for DPDC area, only they areeligible to submit the tender.
05. The Tenderer must have valid Electrical Contractors License with ABC &Electrical Supervisory License.
06. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
07. The Tenderers up to date contact information must be same in allsubmitted documents.
08. The Tenderers must have valid and upto date VAT, -e-TIN, Bank Solvency certificate.

09.The tenderer must have submitted three years  Audit Report for supporting average annual construction turnover.
10. All other Terms & conditions will be available in the Tender document

11. Tenderer who will be quoted rate less then 10% or above 10% of theofficial cost estimate must be rejected as per PPA Amendment gadget 2016.
