The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can meet the contracting authority's need for a Modern, future-orientated and well-functioning pre-system for municipal property fees and property tax in New Ålesund. The system must emphasise digitisation and increased efficiency of the work processes.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The participating municipalities currently have different pre-systems for municipal property fees and property tax. A pre-system for municipal property fees and property tax means a system that produces an invoice basis for municipal services within water and sewage, chimney sweeping and inspections, sanitation and sludge, and property tax.

The pre-system for municipal property fees and property tax must see to the functions such as:

— changes from the land register;

— contract management;

— water meters;

— water and sewage connections;

— chimney sweeping and inspections;

— sanitation and sludge;

— production of an invoice basis;

— property tax;

— work surface and use quality.

As a minimum, the pre-system for municipal property fees and property tax must be able to communicate with the ERP system that has been chosen for new Ålesund, which is Visma Enterprise. The system must also see to the current rules for GDPR.
