The procurement concerns transport services for nursery children and one accompanying adult per child, to nurseries in the morning and home again in the afternoon. All transport will be within Drammen Municipality's borders.

The contracting authority would like feedback from the market on the content of the tender documentation, price sheet, and deviation form.

The deadline for feedback is Thursday 19 August 2021.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Children who are covered by the contract have been granted transport in accordance with the Nursery Act, section 36. The management office for nurseries grants transport for children who, after an application, are entitled to this. The scope of the transport can vary from year to year, but the estimate is an average of approx. 7-11 children a year.

In the nursery year 2019-2020, 11 children were entitled to transport. In the nursery year 2020-2021, 7 children are currently entitled to transport. Children who are granted transport in accordance with the Nursery Act section 36 can have disabilities that involve concrete requirements for the vehicles that are used for the transport. Special vehicles with, for example, a wheelchair lift, will be required here. There are currently 5-6 children that use wheelchairs. The number of children that use wheelchairs will vary in the contract period.
