II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Kristiansund municipality annually procures electrical materials for approx. NOK 2.5 million-NOK 3 million.
Kristiansund Municipality wants to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of electrical materials including lighting and light sources. Annually, goods are purchased for approx. NOK 2.5 million-NOK 3 million within this category.
Street lighting including light poles, control cabinet and cable in addition to the associated light fixtures will not be included in this contest if the contacting authority so wishes, as continuous mini contests are held for these products.
The client reserves the right to also exclude from this contract deliveries that are part of major building and construction projects. This is based on that these deliveries can also be included in turnkey contracts and that it can be relevant to hold mini contests for large deliveries.
The contracting authority framework agreements with companies that carry out electrician assignments as well as installation and maintenance of lifts. Equipment used and ordered via these is also excluded from this contract.
A detailed description of the delivery is in Appendix 1 of the contract.

The tenderer must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

The tax certificate must not be older than six months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender.
III.1.2)Economic and financial standingList and brief description of selection criteria:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Information concerning credit ratings will be collected by the contracting authority via the credit information company Bisnode Credit Pro (soliditet.no). It is therefore unnecessary to submit these details. (Soliditet.no contains key information about all enterprises in Norway). Tenderers are requested to check if such information is available in Bisnode Credit Pro.

The tenderer must have experience from comparable assignments.
Description of up to three of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The list must include a statement of the deliveries' value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of the personnel that he can use for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel carried out services for another service provider.
