The Ecclesiastical Joint Council in Oslo and Oslo's 39 parochial church councils, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for auditing services. The objective of the agreement is to ensure a reliable audit of the accounts of the Ecclesiastical Joint Council in Oslo and the accounts of the 39 parish councils in the Church of Norway in Oslo, including 12 parish nurseries, within the current regulations and auditing norms / standards.
The framework agreement period is two - 2 years, in addition to the Contracting Authority having the option / possibility for extension for up to two -2 years, for one - 1 year at a time, for another 1 + 1 years.
The estimated value of the framework agreement per annum excluding VAT is NOK 1 million (subject to the information given in the procurement documents).

Furthermore, FOR-2020-12-08-2646, Regulations on Financial Management in parishes in the Church of Norway.
According to regulations on Financial Management in parishes in the Church of Norway § 18,
the accounts shall be audited by a government authorized accountant, registered accountant or accountant qualified in accordance with Regulations from 17 June 2019 no. 904 regarding a supervisory boards and audits, § 9, third paragraph.
