The contracting authority has full power from Diku and Utdanningsdirektoratet (the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training) was given the responsibility of entering into a joint framework agreement for the three directorates with one supplier of facility management services (here after called FM) for common premises in the newly built building in Strandgata 8, Tromsø. Kompetanse Norge, Diku and the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training moved into the premises in autumn 2020. The FM contract will cover the contracting authority's need for property management, operation of the premises and post services. The premises are in a new building, but the needs have changed underpay and among other things, there is a need for minor reconstructions, so that the need for operational technical and property management services is anticipated to be greatest in the first year. The contracting authority has a contract for post services for the premises in Tromsø, that is valid until and including 20 September 2021, so call-off for post services will first take place from 21 September 2021. II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
After authorisation from Diku and the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training, the contracting authority is responsible for entering into a joint framework agreement for the three directorates with one supplier of facility management services (hereafter called FM) for joint premises in Strandgata 8 in Tromsø. The premises are in a newly erected building at Strandgata 8. Kompetanse Norge, Diku and the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training] moved into the premises in autumn 2020. The FM contract will cover the contracting authority's need for property management, operation of the premises and post services. The premises are in a new building, but the needs have changed underpay and among other things, there is a need for minor reconstructions, so that the need for operational technical and property management services is anticipated to be greatest in the first year. The need for operational technical assignments is anticipated to be greatest in the first year. Work hours for operational technicians will be 2 hours per day, every day, during the first year, but will be assessed after one (1) year. It is anticipated that the need will be less during the next few years. Work hours for the property management assignments will vary and be agreed upon depending on need, but the need is anticipated to be greatest during the first year. This contract may also include any minor changes and remodelling work in the specified premises within the overall financial framework for this contract. Any major reconstruction projects will be announced in separate tenders as needed. The contracting authority has a contract for post services for the premises in Tromsø, that is valid until and including 20 September 2021, so call-off for post services will first take place from 21 September 2021.
