Contract area 1 - The previous Nord-Trøndelag
Contract area 2 - The previous Sør-Trøndelag
Tenders can be submitted for one or both of the contract areas.
A contract will be signed with one tenderer for each contract area.
The value of the call-offs under the framework agreement is difficult to estimate, as the scope will, amongst other things, depend on government grants and the condition of the buildings. The maximum value of the assignments that can be awarded under the framework agreement over a 4-year period is:
- Contract area 1 (Nord-Trøndelag): NOK 4 million
- Contract area 2 (Sør-Trøndelag): NOK 7 million

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
A framework agreement will be signed for the service and maintenance of external sun protection. The framework agreement applies to the service and maintenance of existing systems and the replacement and new installation of sun protection. There may also be a need to procure internal sun protection.
The framework agreement applies to all types of external sun protection systems. These are venetian blinds, awnings, canvases, screens, etc. The tenderer must supply parts for all the most common sun protection systems in the market, including canvases, motors, cords, etc.
Statsbygg has properties with external shutters that are controlled by motors that must be programmed when changed. Programming of new motors that are replaced on the sun protection is included in the framework agreement.
