The Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund (abbreviated and henceforth referred to as SPK) wishes to engage service providers that can provide the following consultancy services to SPK:

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The purpose of the call for tenders is to enter into parallel framework agreements to gain access to external IT resources with specified competence areas related to development of SPK's IT products and services related to data warehousing and BI.

SPK will enter into contracts with suppliers who can offer professional resources with documented competence and experience within the specified competence areas. When awarding contracts, SPK wants assurance that the suppliers have good processes and procedures for managing the contractual relationship, as well as the ability to offer skilled professional resources that cover SPK's need. SPK wishes to engage service providers that offer consultancy services for architecture and development related to data warehousing and BI.
