The dynamic purchasing system must cover Helfo's (the Norwegian Health Economics Administration) need for quickly offer outpatients specialist health care services within mental health care for patients under the age of 18 who have not received the required treatment within the deadline.
Helfo wants via the purchasing system to consecutively qualify providers of mental health services. The purchasing system shall enable Helfo to implement competitions for treatment services for patients who have not received the required treatment within a deadline in a specific geographical area. Tender documentation, contract documents, etc. shall be prepared for each individual tender contest.
