Eligibility of Tenderer :

01. Satisfactory completion of at least 02 (Two) same nature of works not less than worth of Tk. 8,00,000.00 ( Taka Eight lac) only under single contract over a period of last four (04) years shall be required.
02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10,00,000.00 ( Taka Teb lac) only over the last three (03) years.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 8,00,000.00 (Taka Eight lac) only which shall be supported by bank statement or Bank certificates of valid credit facilities or valid FDR not before tender publication date. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitment from Bank for line of credit (Form PW 3-7).
04. The Tenderers whose trade license is valid for DPDC area are eligible to submit the tender.
05. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
06. The Tenderer must have an experience of Construction/maintenance work in 11 KV, 11/0.4KV & 0.4 KV Distribution Line. Installation & Recovery of Transformer up to 250 KVA .
07. The Tenderer must submit the last five (05) years working backup with work order/ Contract and work completion Certificate.
08. The Tenderer must have a valid Electrical Contractors License with ABC &
Electrical Supervisory License.
09. The Tenderer’s upto date contact information must be same in all submitted
documents.
10. All submitted papers must attested by the first class officer.

11) No Joint venture or JVCA will be accepted for this tender.
12. All other Terms & Conditions will be available in the Tender document.

01. Tenderers who will be quoted at the rate of less than 10% or above 10% of the official cost estimate must be rejected as per PPA.
