Eligibility of Tenderer : All tenderer enlisted in e-GP having following qualification:

• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (Two crore only) having minimum experience of construction of two storeyed building.
• The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3,25,00,000.00 (Three crore twenty five lac) only over the last 5 years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit commitment of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty lac) only. (Credit commitment certificate must be submitted individually for the tender mentioned with tender notice no, ID No and Name of work as per CPTU prescribed form).
• The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 2,50,00,000.00 (Two crore fifty lac) only.
• Tenderer(s) forming JVCA in accordance with respective clauses stated in the tender document and as per latest circular issued by CPTU vide memo no. IMED/CPTU/262/2011-1192 dated 26/07/2015 may participate in the tender.
• Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected as per ITT Clause 30.3.
• As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with help of online database system-TDMS.
