  AVIS GENERAL DE PASSATION DES MARCHES  RELATIF AU PLAN DE PASSATION DES MARCHES N°11 DU COMPACT  AVENANT N°1 Le gouvernement du Bénin a reçu une subvention de Trois Cent Soixante Quinze millions (375 000 000) de Dollars US du Millennium Challenge Corporation («MCC»), une agence du gouvernement des Etats-Unis d’Amérique pour la mise en œuvre du MCC Compact («le Programme ») et pour atteindre ses objectifs. Dans le cadre du Programme, il entend utiliser une partie des fonds pour les paiements des contrats de biens, de travaux et de services. La contribution du gouvernement du Bénin à ce Programme est de Vingt-huit Millions Cent Vingt-cinq Mille (28 125 000) Dollars US.  Le présent Avenant N°1 du Plan de Passation des Marchés N°11 qui fait suite à l’entrée en vigueur du Programme intervenue le 22 Juin 2017, couvre la période de Janvier 2021 à Décembre 2021. Projet ‘’ Réforme des Politiques et Renforcement Institutionnel ’’ (PRISP): ●     Acquisition et installation des matériels informatiques et des téléphones portables au profit des entités de mise en œuvre. ●     Sélection d'un fournisseur d’équipements de test pour la mise en place du laboratoire de test de réfrigérateurs et de lampes Marchés des travaux Marchés des travaux pour le Département de la Performance Environnementale et Sociale (ESP)  du Programme MCA-Bénin II incluant: Département de la Performance Environnementale et Sociale (ESP): ●     Acquisition et installation de pompes solaires pour les PAP des sites IPP (Bohicon, Parakou, Djougou et Natitingou) et le site de l'aéroport; ●     Aménagement du terrain de sport d'un Collège d'Enseignement Général dans le cadre de la compensation des PAP du site de Gbèdjromédé pour le Lot B, Postes. Marchés de services de consultants Contrats avec des firmes pour les services de consultants pour le Département de la Performance Environnementale et Sociale (ESP) du Programme MCA-Bénin II incluant: ●     Etude d'Impact Environnemental et Social du site de Takon dédié au stockage des matières dangereuses. Consultants individuels pour le Département de la Performance Environnementale et Sociale (ESP) et la Direction de l’Administration et des Finances (DAF) du Programme MCA-Bénin II incluant: Département de la Performance Environnementale et Sociale (ESP): ●     Recrutement d’un consultant individuel pour faire le Bilan des gaz à effet de serre (bilan carbone) lié aux projets du COMPACT. The Government of Benin’s contribution to the Program is Twenty-Eight Million, One Hundred and Twenty-Five Thousand United States Dollars (US $28,125,000).  This Amendment N°1 to the Procurement Plan N°11 that follows the Compact’s entry into force on June 22, 2017 covers the period of January 2021  to December 2021.
