REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN LIVESTOCK SECTOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT (IBRD) AND INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (IDA) Grant European Union TF0A9766 Contract EU/LSDP/IC/46   The Republic of Uzbekistan has received a grant in the amount of 15 million EURO from European Union in the frame of the Livestock Sector Development Project (LSDP) with the participation of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and International Development Association and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this grant as payment of consultancy services for an individual consultant for the Communication Strategy of the Livestock Sector Development Project financed by the European Union and the World Bank Group. Agroindustry and Food Security Agency (UZAIFSA) invites individual consultants to express their interest in providing the above-mentioned service. The main purpose of the assignment for hiring an individual consultant under this assignment is to provide consulting services to the development of the Communication Strategy of the Livestock Sector Development Project financed by the European Union and the World Bank Group. In particular, the purpose of the assignment includes the tasks such as developing and implementing a comprehensive set of communication and visibility activities (communication strategy) in line with the project’s communication and visibility plan. In addition to presenting the relevant background information, the consultant’s expressions of interest should include information indicating their sufficient qualifications (work experience, describing the appropriate education, skills, and experience). The consultant should meet the following qualification requirements: University degree in the area of tasks assigned under the terms of reference (20 points); 5 years of working experience under the tasks assigned, and experience in communications and public relations (40 points);   Experience in the development projects of International donor organizations such as EU, World Bank, UN, etc. (20 points); Experience in working with similar projects in Uzbekistan (10 points). Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages (10 points); Consultants should submit their REOI as an individual consultant.
