The original SEIP was to be implemented over a five-year period from October 2014 to November 2019. With the Additional Financing (AF), the completion date has been extended to November 30, 2021. The SEIP uses a Results-based Financing approach. The consulting services (“the Services”) are for a consultant to conduct an environmental and social safeguards audit (ESSA) and report on his/her findings on the development and implementation of environmental and social safeguards and his/her recommendations and not excluding health and safety issues. The Ministry of Education and the Ghana Education Service, the implementing agencies, on behalf of the Government of Ghana, now invite eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. The EOI should be submitted in writing and should contain a statement of interest with a detailed Curriculum Vitae outlining experience in similar projects and qualifications.
