UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Office (EAPRO) wishes to invite your institution/company to submit the proposal for the following service: Developing methodology for capacity assessment of WASH Emergency Preparedness and Response, and Documentation of best practices on selected “flagship WASH models”.

For your kind consideration, please find attached our solicitation documents, comprising of the following:

• Request for Proposal Ref. LRPS-2017-9135164 with Annex A of General Terms and Conditions for institutional contractor;
• Terms of Reference (TOR)
• Financial Proposal form

The closing date for submission of proposal is  3 November 2017, 10:00 am  (Bangkok time).
