Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for tender is restricted to eligible tenderer(s) who has/have satisfactorily completed similar work in Government/ Semi Government/Corporations/ Autonomous Organization within last 5 (five) years. The tenderer shall have to furnish experience certificate in this respect from an officer not below the rank of executive Engineer. The Tenderer shall have to valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate & VAT registration certificate and other required eligibility as mentioned with the tender document. The tenderer shall have to submit cash flow statement (computerized) of transaction from any schedule bank. The minimum amount of liquid assets 30% of the estimated cost. Special instructions All the rules, regulations, terms and conditions of this tender should be followed as per the Public Procurement Rules 2008 & e-GP guidelines 2011. If the tenderer submits any false/incorrect or fraud certificate, the tender security may be forfeited.
