Bidders are required to submit any request for clarification in respect of this ITB by e-mail to [email protected]. The deadline for receipt of questions is 17:00 hrs. Libya Time (UTC+2) on 15/08/2021.

UNHCR will arrange for an optional online pre-bid conference on 18/08/2021 via Microsoft Teams. Interested bidders are required to share the names and email addresses of their company’s representatives attending the conference at least one (1) working day in advance by email to [email protected]
