Short description 127852 - Establishment of a multi-party framework agreement of contractors for the construction of all weather sports facilities and related works for the value of between €0.05m to €2.5m. Detailed description Establishment of a multi-party framework agreement of contractors for the construction of all weather sports facilities and related works. The projects will comprise the construction of new all weather-pitches/courts, athletics tracks, the replacement of artificial surfacing and related projects. The exact scope will be determined by each mini competition but may incl. the following; earthworks, fomation & sub-base preparation, macadam surfacing, drainage, kerbs & retaining walls,, synthetic surfacing (incl. shockpad), rubber track, fencing, floodlighting, car parking, and ancillary works (not an exhaustive list). The framework agreement will be established for a period of 4 years, with a possible extension at the discretion of the Contracting Authority up to a maximum of a further two (2) years, subject to satisfactory performance and review, budgetary constraints and government policy.Please refer to attached documentation for further information.
