Description of renewals:

Die Laufzeit dieses Vertrages verlängert sich 1-malig um ein weiteres Jahr, sofern die Auftraggeberin der Fortsetzung des Vertragsverhältnisses nicht mit einer Frist von sechs Wochen vor Ablauf der Vertragslaufzeit in Textform widerspricht. Die Widerspruchsfrist für die Auftragnehmerin beträgt sechs Monate vor Ablauf der Vertragslaufzeit. Der Widerspruch muss in Textform erfolgen. Maßgeblich für die Fristwahrung ist der Zugang des Widerspruchs bei der anderen Seite. Der Vertrag endet spätestens zum 31.12.2026 ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf.
