A beszerzés tárgyának meghatározása: „Az „Egy a természettel” Nemzetközi Vadászati és Természeti Kiállítás és a hozzá kapcsolódó rendezvénysorozat előkészítésével, megvalósításával és utókommunikációjával összefüggő komplex kommunikációs feladatok ellátása”

A műszaki leírásban részletesen meghatározott kommunikációs feladatok elvégzése legfeljebb a nettó 500 000 000,- Ft + Áfa, azaz nettó Ötszázmillió forint + általános forgalmi adó keretösszeg kimerüléséig. A Keretmegállapodás 18.3 pontjával összhangban a nettó keretösszeg 30 %-a, nettó 150 0000 000,- Ft + Áfa, azaz nettó Egyszázötvenmillió forint + általános forgalmi adó opció.
