II. részajánlat: Számítási kapacitás biztosítása a (KÖFOP-1.0.0-VEKOP-15-2016-00008) projekt részére

Lokalitás szempontjából 2 db azonos mennyiségű és minőségű Számítási kapacitás, amely két különböző telephelyen kerül elhelyezésre.

Beszerzési igény:

— a műszaki leírásban meghatározottak alapján megajánlott pengeszerverek és az azok elhelyezésére szolgáló keretek,

— 100 darab pengeszerver 2 telephelyen elhelyezve (telephelyenként 50-50 szerver),

— a 100 db pengeszerverhez szükséges VMware licencek.

Ajánlatkérő a specifikált mennyiség felett opciót kér a műszaki leírásban meghatározottak szerint.

Az opció pontos darabszámának megállapításához használható képlet: (megajánlott db) * 30 % páros számra kerekítve a kerekítés szabályai szerint, mert a két telephelynek identikusnak kell lennie.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Az Alapszerződés módosítása a Kbt. 141. § (4) bekezdés c) pontja, valamint a (6) bekezdése alapján kerül sor. A szerződésmódosítás nem tekinthető lényegesnek, továbbá nem valósul meg a Kbt. 141. § (6) bekezdésében meghatározott három feltétel egyike sem.

A módosítás nem határoz meg olyan feltételeket, amelyek ha szerepeltek volna a szerződéskötést megelőző közbeszerzési eljárásban, az eredetileg részt vett ajánlattevőkön kívül más ajánlattevők részvételét vagy a nyertes ajánlat helyett másik ajánlat nyertességét tették volna lehetővé. A szerződés olyan eleme változik, amely értékelési szempontként nem került figyelembe vételre.

A módosítás alapján az értékelésre került ár nem változik meg, a módosítás a szerződés gazdasági egyensúlyát nem változtatja meg a nyertes ajánlattevő javára.

A módosítás az Alapszerződés tárgyát nem változtatja.
