El Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD) lo invita, por medio de la presente, a presentar una propuesta a esta Invitación a Licitar (IAL) para el asunto mencionado anteriormente. Para ver la información relacionada con la invitación a licitar, las firmas interesadas deben registrarse como oferentes en el sistema e-tendering del PNUD y después de haber revisado la información cargar y enviar en el mismo sistema la información solicitada. Toda adenda y/o preguntas aclaratorias deberán consultarse en el sistema e-tendering. Adjunto el instructivo para registrarse en el sistema e-tendering y documento con respuestas a preguntas frecuentes sobre el sistema, para enviar la información solicitada. Las convocatorias se mantendrán abiertas a través del e-tendering hasta la 13:00 pm hrs – en zona horaria EST/EDT (Nueva York) del dia 17 de febrero de 2021, equivalente a las 11:00 am Hora de El Salvador, por lo que se recomienda a los/las interesados/as radicar la documentación requerida en el módulo e-tendering por lo menos un día antes de la fecha límite.
