ESB proposes to establish a multi stage qualification system under a negotiated procedure for works contractors for the delivery of HV Electrical Substations (Distribution and Transmission Voltages, MV to 400kV) of various specifications and scopes over an unlimited period. In order to apply for inclusion on the qualification system economic operators must complete and return the questionnaire which is available to download from this site.
