The Subject line of the e-mail(s) should state:

"Technical proposal LRPS-2021-9164482 Long Term Arrangement (LTA) for provision of Media Placement and Buying Agency.”

and in a separate email:

"Financial Proposal LRPS-2021-9164482 Long Term Arrangement (LTA) for provision of Media Placement and Buying Agency”- DO NOT OPEN.

The secured password of the financial proposal MUST be SENT upon completion of technical evaluation upon request.
