1. The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) Assessment of Life Skills Education (LSE) Blended Learning, as per the enclosed Terms of Reference in Annex I. This RFP only for local company registered in Indonesia or international company have operation permit in Indonesia in accordance with the prevailing regulations.

2. A pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Friday, 16 July 2021 @14:00 hours Jakarta Local time

3. Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal/s, in separate document, should be submitted by email to [email protected] NO LATER THAN Thursday, 29th July 2021 @15.00 hours (Jakarta Local Time).

Proposal shall be submitted in English in line with "Special Notes 1.2"
