The purpose of the contract is to strengthen the capacity of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to effectively and efficiently coordinate the EU integration process and to strengthen the capacity and accountability of the NIPAC Office, line ministries and other stakeholders to improve the planning, programming, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of IPA II assistance and ensure sector coordination.
