Explanation:

Normatic AS is currently responsible for the maintenance and follow-up of central operational control of building automation systems at Avinor Flysikring's facility. The top system is connected to several plants and substations, Normatic AS currently has very good competence in the above-mentioned systems and has specially adapted systems between them and up to the top system. Normatic has designed the communication structure, graphical user interface, security systems, and functionality that is tailor-made for Avinor Flysikring's needs.

It is, thus necessary that Avinor Flysikring enters into a contract with Normatic AS so that the deliveries/product is compatible with the already existing system. It would be technically impossible to enter into a contract with another supplier.
