The invitation to tender concerns the delivery of mobile phones and accessories, as well as a self-service portal for problem-free mobile management for the municipality's employees and administration.

See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the procurement.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The need is uncertain. The contracting authority has previously procured for NOK 7,500,000 excluding VAT per year in recent years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.

Estimated annual value: NOK 7,000,000 excluding VAT to NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is non-binding for the contracting authority. The maximum value, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 50,000,000 excluding VAT.

The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations' §19-4, but finds it appropriate to collect the purchases of mobile phones from one supplier.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

Øvre Eiker municipality enters this agreement from 01.07.2022.
