Open tender contest for the procurement of auditor services, investigation services, and assistance with inspecting lawyers' compliance with the anti-whitewashing rules.
The Inspection Council monitors that lawyers and legal practitioners keep accounts and organise their activities in accordance with the current legislation. Inspection of lawyers and legal practitioners' processing of entrusted resources (client resources) and compliance with anti-whitewashing and terror financing rules are included as central assignments. The Inspection Council makes annual inspections of, amongst other things, lawyers' submitted self-declarations with auditor comments and the annual accounts. The Inspection Council also carries out on-site inspections at lawyers and legal practitioners. As part of this inspection work, the Inspection Council uses external government-authorised auditors, cf. the Lawyer Regulations, section 4-6.

This contract will be valid for four years from when it is signed, but the contracting authority reserves the right to terminate the contract after two years.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
• Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate
• Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the contract.
Documentation requirement:
The company's 3 last annual accounts with auditor confirmation.
Tenderers are required to refer to experience from equivalent assignments as a liable contract party, or that the offered team can refer to experience from equivalent assignments under another employer, cf. point 2.3. Equivalent assignments means assignments that are deemed to be relevant as regards the nature, value, and scope of this contract. Emphasis is put on the fact that experience from assignments of equivalent services that are not regulated by Norwegian law will not be deemed to be of an 'equivalent nature'.
Documentation requirement:
• A list of the most important deliveries or services performed in the past three years, including information on the value, date, and name of the public or private recipients with contact information.
It is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance in the description.
• Alternatively, CVs with comprehensive reference lists from the offered personnel.
As
part of this inspection work, the Inspection Council uses external government-authorised auditors, cf. the Lawyer Regulations, section 4-6.
