Utenriksdepartementet v/Språkenheten i Utenrikstjenestens kompetansesenter (the Ministry of Foreign Affairs c/o the Language Unit at the Foreign Service Institute) invites suppliers to participate in a contest for the purchase of education services in Chinese language and culture understanding. The contracting authority will enter into four parallel framework agreements with Chinese language teachers.

Up until now the following types of courses have been hold: language training for candidates (over three terms), group teaching at different levels, one-to-one maintenance teaching (B1/B2 and up), coaching (specifically trade related), and intensive courses of 1-2 weeks duration.

All teaching and meetings will take place in the contracting authority's premises in Kronprinsensgt. 9, Oslo, unless special circumstances require something else. This will be specially agreed. The fixed hourly rates will also apply for this type of teaching and meeting.

Even if a tenderer offers several persons/language teachers, the resources will be assessed individually. The contracting authority will make an individual assessment of each resource and award one framework agreement per resource.
