Contract - service agreement reserved for non-profit organisations for the operation of Bekkelagshjemmet
The Department of Health, Ageing and Municipal Services has given the Nursing Home Agency, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, authority to enter into a service agreement for Bekkelagshjemmet The contracting authority therefore invites tenderers to a call for tenders with negotiations in two stages.
The contract will be carried out as a business transfer with the provisions as stated in the Working Environment Act chapter 16.
The contract is reserved for non-profit organisations in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 April 2016 no. 974 (PPR) section § 30-2a, as well as the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) § 2-4 letter h.
48 day and night places in a long term home shall be provided, including all the necessary accompanying functions. Moreover, 12 ordinary places in a day centre and 7 sheltered places must also be provided.
