Requirement:

• The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

• Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate

• Foreign companies: A verification showing that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Requirement:

— tenderers must have the economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

Documentation requirement:

— the company's last annual financial statement including notes, the board's annual report and audit report, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers,

— REN retains the right to obtain a credit rating from Bisnode Credit, which will be used as a basis in the evaluation.

If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority (for example a newly started business), the tenderer can document their economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Requirement:

1) The tenderer shall have experience from similar contracts;

2) The tenderer must have good implementation ability;

3) The tenderer shall have a good and well-functioning management system for quality assurance and environmental management for the services that shall be provided.

Documentation requirement:

1) An overview of the tenderer´s most important deliveries in the last 3 years, including the contract value, date and recipient/contracting authority;

2) A description of the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in the management during the last 3 years;

3) The tenderer can document that the requirement is met by presenting a copy of relevant environment certificates/environmental standards, such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001, EMAS, Eco-lighthouse, or equivalent, or by the tenderer attaching a description of the company´s own system and procedures.
