Eigersund Municipality, (hereafter called the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the delivery of pipes and pipe parts for Eigersund Municipality. The aim is to sign parallel framework agreements for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year.

The total estimated contract value a year is approx. NOK 2-3 million excluding VAT. The total value for the entire contract, including the option for an extension is approx. NOK 8-12 million, excluding VAT over a 4-year period.

The Contracting Authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with a maximum of 3 tenderers. Call-offs on the framework agreements will be made in different ways, depending on whether the procurement is for operational or investment projects. This is described in more detail in the tender documentation.
