Request for Bids Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process)     Country: Ukraine Name of Project: Kryvyi Rih Trams Contract Title: Procurement of the single-section tram cars for the city line Project No.: 43194 RFB Reference No.: KR-1.1   1.      The Municipal Company “Shvidkisniy Tramway” has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Kryvyi Rih Trams Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of the single-section tram cars for the city line. 2.      The Municipal Company “Shvidkisniy Tramway” now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for procurement of 15 single-section tram cars for the city line and spare parts for them as well as related services that include the first maintenance of the tram cars. The date of the goods delivery to the final destinations shall be not later than 240 days from the date of the Contract signing. 3.      Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Municipal Company “Shvidkisniy Tramway”, contact person Viktor Hryshchenko, Deputy director for Construction, e- mail: [email protected] with mandatory cc to [email protected], and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 09:00 to 1 6:00 local time at the address (1) given below. 5.      The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address (1) below. The document will be sent by e-mail in electronic format. For Bid submission purposes written application should include the participant’s e-mail address. 6.      Bids must be delivered to the address (1) below on or before 15:00 local time February 21, 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
