UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 qualified Vietnamese firm/institute/organization for the Development of outcomes/outputs based monitoring, evaluation and digitalized management system under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in period 2021 – 2025 (NTPSPR)

The objectives of this assignment:

To continue the support results of UNDP and DFAT/GREAT in 2020, 2021 and concretize the reform/innovative directions in the Party Directive 05 and National Assembly Resolution 24, the National Office for Poverty Reduction, Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs (PRCO/MOLISA) requested UNDP and GREAT/DFAT to provide further  technical assistance for designing and implementation of the NTPSPR 2021 – 2025, including development of the (i) Feasibility Study Report and (ii) Government Decision on approval of NTPSPR 2021 – 2025; (iii) guideline for implementation of project on livelihood and production development under the new NTPSPR and (iv) capacity building for testing and implementation of innovative solutions under the new NTPSPR, etc. This Term of Reference (TOR) is to recruit a national consultancy firm to provide PRCO/MOLISA with technical assistance for development of outcomes/outputs based monitoring, evaluation and digitalized management system under NTPSPR.

The general objective of this service is to develop outcomes/outputs based monitoring, evaluation system and leverage digital technology/tools for monitoring & evaluation and management of NTPSPR implementation in an efficient and timely manner.
