 The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kosovo kindly requests Professional Companies to submit a Quotation for “Restoration of Miners’ Monument in miner’s hill, North Mitrovica/Mitrovicë. 2. Adaptation and beautification of museum of the first Albanian School in Stublla village, Viti/Vitina and 3. Restoration/Rehabilitation and Beautification of Lumbardhi Cinema in Prizren” as per Annex 1

 This Request for Quotation is part of the “Inter-community Dialogue through inclusive Cultural Heritage Preservation” project, financed by the European Union’s Instrument contributing to Stability and Peace (IcSP) and implemented by the UNDP in Kosovo.

 This procurement process is conducted through UNDP eTendering online system. Interested applicants must register in the system in order to access the additional documents.

 An offerors conference and introduction on UNDP eTendering online system will be conducted on 30 of July 2019, from 09:30 at United Nations Development Programme office at Zagrebi street Nr.58, Prishtinë/Priština and a site visit from: 1) On 30/07/2019 after bidders conference, meeting point at UNDP office to visit Miners’ Monument in miner’s hill, North Mitrovica/Mitrovicë. 2) On 31/07/209 at 10:00, meeting point at museum of the first Albanian School in Stublla village, Viti/Vitina and 3. On 01/08/2019 at 10:00, meeting point at Lumbardhi Cinema in Prizren 

 While all Offerors are encouraged to attend, their non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested offeror

 Any extensions or other amendments to the solicitation documents will be posted in the eTendering system. Bidders are encouraged to click on “Accept invitation” button in order to receive automatic notifications if such amendments occur.
