NatureScot (the operating name of Scottish Natural Heritage) wishes to appoint a market research contractor to undertake annual monitoring of recall and understanding of the Scottish Outdoor Access Code (SOAC, or ‘the Code’) among adults in Scotland. This monitoring is expected to use a robust online survey methodology. Contractors are invited to submit a bid to undertake five surveys in a five-year period (2021 to 2025), although our initial commitment will initially be for only two surveys (2021 and 2022). Full details are contained in the Statement of Requirements document attached to this Notice.
