We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Infusion Pumps and Feeding Pumps (Lot 1) and Refrigerator and Arterial Blood Gas Machine (Lot 2) for the Human Call Hospital (Ain El Helwe)andAl Hamshari Hospital (Saida), South Lebanon, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the forms attached hereto as Annex 2 and Annex 3.  

Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.  

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system .
